Mallett is the youngest house at Bishops, founded in 2003. Having recently celebrated our 16th anniversary, we can certainly look back and say that we have made a stirling effort in “catching up” to the age-old histories of the other houses, forging our own traditions, spirit, and inter-house event records.

The house is named after Anthony Mallett, who was a principal of the College. Its first Housemaster was Mr Ledwidge, who served his 10 years with distinction, utilizing his unique flair and leadership style to build up the house from very humble beginnings to the mighty Mallett it is today.
